RSPON – The Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono National Brain Center Hospital (RSPON) in Jakarta signed an Addendum to the Facilitator Financing Agreement with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on Monday, December 29, 2025. This activity was a follow-up to the resolution of findings by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) regarding the provision of assets to Public Service Agencies (BLU) through a purchase mechanism with financing facilities. After a process of discussion and evaluation, the parties agreed to changes and adjustments to the existing financing agreement. The signing of the agreement took place from 9:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) in the Structural Meeting Room, 11th Floor, Building C (INN Building), RSPON Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta. This addendum to the agreement includes key changes to the Sharia financing scheme, namely the shift from the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) concept to the Murabahah contract, transforming the cooperation model from a partnership to an asset sale and purchase. With this change, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)'s ownership of the financed assets will be fully purchased by RSPON. This event was attended by the Board of Directors, managers, installation heads, and committee chairs within RSPON Mahar Mardjono Jakarta, as well as representatives from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero). The agreement addendum was signed by RSPON President Director Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta, Dr. Adin Nukhassanah, Sp.S, M.A.R.S., and Mr. Isnaputra Iskandar, Head of the Equity Participation Division of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur. This demonstrates RSPON Mahar Mardjono Jakarta's commitment to strengthening accountable, transparent, and compliant financial governance, while simultaneously supporting sustainable asset management and improving the quality of national health services in the field of brain and nerve health. This signing is expected to optimize the financing and asset provision cooperation, while also supporting the sustainability of asset management and improving the quality of healthcare services at RSPON Mahar Mardjono Jakarta, a national referral hospital for brain and nerve health.
